It is normal! Our fabrics have varying characteristics, like base color, content, weight & the way it's structured, so each absorbs light in their own special way. if you have any questions or concerns about any color concerns please contact us at sirdivie.com.
Orders are processed and will leave our storeroom within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends & Holidays. For your convenience, we will send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your order's journey. Once processed, your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your shipping address if shipped via our standard shipping service. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for a fee. All orders ship from our warehouse located in United States, Philadelphia.
The majority of emails receive a response within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri).
Don’t panic, breathe! Sometimes postal carriers accidentally list a package as delivered. We recommend taking a peek at your order confirmation to ensure that the shipping address looks correct. If your package doesn’t arrive after 7 business days, please contact the carrier to file a claim. You can also contact us for assistance.
Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order. If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at @Sirdivie.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the shipping address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once your order passes the normal processing days.
We recommend signing up for the “back in stock notifications” for that style. We will send you an email once the item you are looking for is stocked.
For U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $99! Expedited options are also available at checkout for a fee. As of right now, we are not offering any returns.

Expedited shipping options are available via UPS Next Day Air and are calculated at checkout.

International orders to Canada, UK & EU over $200 USD are eligible for free shipping.
